Dates: Monday, July 10th  – Thursday, July 13th

Time: 5:00pm – 8:00pm

Fee:$250 + USAFH Registration Fee (Annual),
includes a 3GFH Jersey

Late Fee: $25, applied when registering after July 3rd

3GFH is a proud member of USA Field Hockey, and as such, all participating athletes must register with
USA Field Hockey to obtain annual individual membership, which secures accident insurance. 

./ Proof of membership is required at time of camp registration
./ Select ‘3G Field Hockey’ as your Affiliated Club. 
./ Membership is valid for 1 year
